Today's Zoom mat class times have been changed to be able to offer Pilates to those with different schedules.
I've had 2 requests so I'm going to offer those this afternoon & evening.
4 max to a class:)
* 4-4.50p: Advanced Beginner w/Intermediate Progressions using Magic Circle
(2 spaces left)
* 7-7.50p: Foundations to Advanced Beginner w/Stretch.
NOTE: Please have a bathroom handtowel or kitchen handtowel
(both usually 25" in length.)
