Series I: Intro to Advanced Beginner

Tower, Mat & Props:

- the perfect combination to strengthen & stretch the whole body at once

- find deeper connections to the core with the use & resistance of springs, straps & bars

- learn the Classical Mat Foundations essential to a solid flow & creating seamless transitions

- props are used as toys, tools & challenges

Series I, is essential to building core strength & connecting your mind to precision of movements. These weekly, Wednesday night, classes build the base for Series II - where advanced progressions & your Pilates practice will naturally evolve.

Small group classes, a maximum of 5, provide a fun, effective & challenging Pilates session with more personal attention.
