Service Description

Perfect if you’re brand-new to Pilates or need individualized attention to help you achieve your fitness goals. These are one-on-one sessions tailored to your level of Pilates experience. I teach the classical Pilates Method to strengthen, stretch, tone, increase flexibility, relieve stress, and more.

Cancellation Policy

Privates require a 24 hour cancellation. Refunds: Should there be a need to cancel a package, the number of privates taken will be counted at the full single private rate. Expiration: all packages must be taken 12months from purchase date.
