Service Description
Small groups allow for more individual attention. Glean the benefits of the classical Pilates method. Move, clear your mind of the "externals", stay strong! Classes are structured with a different focus or theme dependant on attendees needs, requests &/or teacher choice. All you need is a mat, a small hand towel & willingness to connect your mind & body - Indispensable for balance, stability, core strength, back strength & awareness. $15 per class. 10-pack class packages available. *enquire about current specials & to purchase packages.

Cancellation Policy
Privates require a 24 hour cancellation. Refunds: Should there be a need to cancel a package, the number of privates taken will be counted at the full single private rate. Expiration: all packages must be taken 12months from purchase date.
