I stumbled across this December journaling challenge just as I had been working on getting back into it.
For the last couple years, journaling has been a tool for working through “issues” large & small. It’s a useful way to vent, brainstorm & can be a cathartic means of gaining closure.
I fall out of habit sometimes & need reminding.
(I wonder: Why aren’t other habits as easy to drop? 💭 🤔 💭)
This Daily December journaling Challenge struck me as a way of changing my sometimes catastrophising/problematic way of thinking....to a more useful/creative/strengthening mindset.
It’s starts today ✏️ 🗓 if you’d like to play along 🎲 🤸🏽♀️
It’s meant to start the month off on a happy note. Not a terrible idea!
